Highways Awards Project Team of the Year Winner 2026

Hatton Traffic Management Celebrates Project Team of the Year Win at the Highways Awards 2026

The award recognises the collaborative work delivered through the Unlocking Future Connections programme, alongside Amey Transport & Infrastructure, Breedon GB, Speedy Hire and the Scottish Prison Service.

The programme demonstrates what can be achieved when organisations work together with a shared purpose, bringing expertise, resources and opportunities together to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Receiving the Project Team of the Year award is fantastic recognition for everyone who has contributed to developing and delivering the programme. For Hatton Traffic Management, however, the greatest measure of its success goes beyond the award itself.

At the heart of Unlocking Future Connections is the opportunity to make a genuine and positive difference to people’s lives. Creating pathways, developing skills and supporting people towards a better future makes the work particularly rewarding, and we are proud to play our part.

The award also highlights the strength of collaboration between all of the organisations involved. The commitment, enthusiasm and shared ambition demonstrated across the team have been fundamental to the programme’s success.

We would like to thank everyone at Amey, Breedon GB, Speedy Hire and the Scottish Prison Service who has contributed to Unlocking Future Connections, and to the Highways Awards for recognising the work of the partnership.

We are incredibly proud of what the team has achieved so far and look forward to continuing the programme and building on its success in the future.
