Hatton Traffic Management is growing fast, and we’re looking for a practical, people-focused QHSE Coordinator to support our Southern depots and help keep our teams safe.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting depots with day-to-day quality, health, safety, environmental and transport compliance
  • Carrying out audits, inspections, and incident reporting
  • Helping ensure vehicles, equipment and plant are checked, compliant and well maintained
  • Working closely with operational teams to keep our sites safe and running smoothly

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in asset management and/or managing people
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Great communication skills and a hands-on approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • (Desirable) HGV Cat C / Forklift licence / First Aid Certification
  • Right to work in the UK

No background in traffic management or highways? Dont worry, we’ll train you. We just ask that you have an understanding of transport and QHSE principles.
